Observatories
Western's faculty, students, and visiting researchers are very fortunate to have at their disposal a world class computer-controlled telescope facility at Elginfield Observatory.

Situated just outside of London, this site provides our astronomers a unique opportunity to make long term, intensive studies of the stars - something that would be impossible to accomplish at other facilities.

As well, students use the Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory for class projects and assignments.
The general public is invited to attend Public Nights at Cronyn Observatory.
