"The most incomprehensible thing about the universe is that it is comprehensible" - Albert Einstein

We live in a golden age of discovery in astronomy, further confirming Einstein's thoughts. In this course, we embark upon a discovery of the universe and see how our knowledge has increased dramatically in recent years. Recent stunning results from the Hubble Space Telescope and other ground breaking instruments will be presented. No mathematical background beyond basic arithmetic is required.
